THE 2020 GRAD FAIR IS GOING VIRTUAL!

Graduate Fair & Year-Round Recruiting

The 2020 Graduate School Fair will be held virtually, powered by Handshake on October 13 from 10 AM-2 PM CST. Students and recruiters will engage via video, audio and chat. Schedules are customizable into a combination of 10 minute 1:1 meetings and up to three 30-minute group sessions. Schools and programs will appear in pre-event listings on this website and published in the Graduates of Texas guide on October 12. Recruiting UT students doesn’t have to stop at the virtual fair. Feature your programs year-round on this website so your prospects can easily find your information, and connect directly with you through the inquiry form on your page. Your article and image can also be included in the annual Graduates of Texas printed guide, along with a full color ad.

Students and recruiters connect in a variety of ways

Put your programs in the hands and on the screens of students at UT! Graduates of Texas shares your message in a full color print publication distributed within the pages of the The Daily Texan, placed in targeted and stand-alone racks throughout campus. The 2020 Graduate School Fair is presented by the Graduate Coordinator Network at The University of Texas at Austin. It takes place virtually this year through a system called Handshake that all UT students can access. Handshake provides an excellent way to interact online with future graduate students. School/program registration includes access for two recruiters. But that's only the beginning! Schools have the option to be featured on GraduatesOfTexas.com year-round. A featured school displays an informational article and their page has a button for information requests from students. Let the connections commence!
