The UT Austin Graduate School Fair is going virtual!

Exhibitor registration is now closed for the 2020 virtual fair. Opportunities are still available to highlight your program year-round on this website, including an article and student lead generation form. For more information and to make sure you receive notifications about future events, please e-mail advertise@texasstudentmedia.com.

You may not be able to travel, but you can still recruit students from the University of Texas at Austin from wherever you are.

The 2020 Graduate School Fair will be held virtually, powered by Handshake on October 13 from 10 AM-2 PM CST. Your registration includes:

  • Space for 2 representatives
  • Video, audio and chat communication to engage with students.
  • Ability to customize your schedule with a combination of 10 minute 1:1 meetings and up to 3 30-minute group sessions.
  • Inclusion in pre-event listings online and in the Graduates of Texas guide, published on October 12.

To highlight your program year-round under Schools on this website and in our special Graduates of Texas printed publication, check out the print and web package.

Please be aware that additional steps will be required in Handshake to set up your schedule for the virtual event after you sign up and complete your payment. You will receive an automated receipt after checking out, and within one business day will receive an e-mail with instructions and support for finalizing your schedule in Handshake.
